Our Classes

In person classes

Our in person classes are at our Guilford location. They are 1 hour and 15 minutes in duration. Yoga mats and props are available. Virtual participation is available ( see schedule).

  • TUESDAY - Gentle Yoga Flow - 9:30 am - all levels, full body warm-up and easy flow of poses focused on alignment, breath awareness and broad range of movements.

  • WEDNESDAY - Yoga for Bone Health - 9:30 am - all levels - a class based on Dr. Loren Fishman’s Method which has been shown to improve bone strength, posture, and balance. A combination of slow and static postures.

  • WEDNESDAY - Gentle Yoga Flow - 6:30 pm - all levels, full body warm-up and easy flow of poses focused on alignment, breath awareness and broad range of movements.

  • THURSDAY - Stretch and Strength- 10:00 am -all levels - accessible class that everyone needs. Focused on deep stretching combined with strength and balance practice that reduces tension throughout the body.

  • SATURDAY - Wake Up Yoga - 9:00 am - all levels. Offering a full body experience with focus on relieving tightness and moving the energies of the body.
